Entry Formalities - Tadoba National Park comes under restricted and protected area, so without prior permission one cannot visit core and buffer area. The Government official permit is mandatory for entering into any safari zones.

(Note - Once safari voucher is issued then amount of the jeep safari won’t be refunded..)

Safari booking procedure for Tadoba National Park:-

At our Tadoba National Park booking website, you can book a safari for both core as well as buffer area. If you have any confusion in booking from calendar then we can do the safari booking whole procedure for you. Advance booking is compulsory. Safari time is likely to change as per the weather condition or season. Weekly, core zone of the park remain closed on Tuesday whereas buffer zone remain closed on Wednesday. Few specific numbers of safari vehicles are allowed to enter in the different zones of the forest per day. This guideline is programmed to avoid the over-crowding of the jungle just to keep safe natural surroundings.

Points to follow while booking an online safari for Tadoba National Park

Since safari booking is subject to availability and is carried out on a first-come-first-served basis, you need to book your excursion in advance. To book a safari online, you are required to take care of the following points:

Please enter name, age, gender, nationality and sex of the traveller as per the government ID.
The identity proof such as Aadhar card, voter ID, PAN card, driving license, passport etc. is mandatory.
The online booking permit includes charges for the Permit, vehicle and the guide. You need not to pay anything before entering the gate.
The entry permit is for individuals, valid for the specified date and time, and cannot be transferred.
Since a limited number of vehicles are allowed to enter the park at a time, it is advised to book your tickets 120 days in advance.
In case of cancellation of safari booking (No Refund), if the cancellation is done for tour packages in more than 30 days before the excursion date, 50% fee is refunded.

Travel outfit is optional but if you wear comfy travel worthy outfit then your trip would be hassle free. If you are having the safari in the summer months, make sure to carry you sunglasses, hat and a bottle of water with you for your good.

Avoid wearing bright-colored clothes for safari as they can attract pointless attention from the wildlife. It is advised to wear earthy tones like brown, grey, etc. so that you can easily blend with the surroundings.
